The Rhinotek 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Rhinotek guarantees your complete satisfaction on all Rhinotek supplies,
including replacement cartridges. We guarantee Rhinotek products to be
free from defects in material and workmanship. Under normal use and storage,
our products are guaranteed to perform as well or better than the Original Equipment
Manufacturer's (OEM). If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply
exchange or return it within 30 days.
Reimbursement or replacement policy
Should you incur a problem as a result of a
Rhinotek product, simply contact our customer
service department. We will quickly review your claim and repair or replace the damaged
items at our expense.
