other “envelope stuffers” that come with bills, but something caught my
attention and I started to read the article about you and your company.
I have been delighted with both the products I receive and the service,
not to mention the price, but now I have a new reason for being pleased

...And what a reception he received from everybody at Omni Computers. I
most enjoyed my tour around your office as the Rhino Man, and the warm
welcome from the Omni team was fantastic.
I should like to thank you all for your ongoing support in the effort to
conserve rhinos at the Lewa Downs Project in Kenya and your enthusiasm
for Save The Rhino’s fundraising programme in California.
We have set ourselves the great challenge of raising US$ 21 million to
leave a future legacy of support for the rhinos that remain in the wild
around the world. The Global Rhino Fund will provide a protective
umbrella under which the last few rhinos can shelter. Maybe one day,
they will be allowed to roam wild and free again. That is what we must
all strive for and we will need your help along the way.

To Omni Computer Products Management Team,
Time and money seem to be the two things IT professionals can never have
enough of. Pressure to save money and cut costs while delivering a high
quality IT product are prime directives in today’s market. IT is no
longer the cash cow it was hoped to be. In all the pressure to deliver
and save we also are inundated with solicitors hoping to grab an ever
shrinking market. Telemarketers and market research calls had me ready
to rip the phone from the wall.
I happened to answer a call from Omni Computer products. This person
spoke clearly, intelligently, and expediently. Elise, who would become
my “rockin’ sales babe”, wanted me to try her Rhinotek toner cartridges.
My exhaustion from trying to make progress on a mountain of work gave me
motivation to throw all of my “buyers attitude” towards her. With tact
and style she earned the right for her product to be tried. She met my
criticism with an uncanned and unscripted approach.
To Elise’s credit she was born to sell. I have the responsibility to
purchase thousands of dollars of IT products. My expectations of vendors
can be higher than others. These expectations make the decision of whom
I deal with. -
1. Be there when I call.
2. Know what I need better than I.
3. Get it to me fast and cheap.
4. Don’t take yourself seriously.
IT is not the most personable and entertaining business facet. So, I
search out business relationships that try to make my job easy. Elise is
truly my “rockin’ sales babe”. Not a hard sell, but far from passive,
she keeps me on my toes. It is always a pleasure to talk with a sharp,
witty, and on-top-of-it representative.
What about the product? I wish I could tell you it is saving me 50%
percent on my consumables spending. Alas, I can’t say that. It will
probably save me more. You see I haven’t yet used one cycle of Rhinotek
product. We have exceeded twice our expected life on the Q4000 cartridge
and I can’t say how much longer we’ll go. For the same price I paid
Office Depot for HP product I’m receiving the following benefits:
• Better toner Quality, which means less mess on my hands and in the
printer.
• Double the page count of HP cartridges, which helps my bottom line.
• Increased savings and productivity due to a better product.
• A sales person who keeps me happy as a buyer.
I don’t know what else I could say. Omni Computer Products will be a
supplier I will use for the rest of my career.

printer ribbons. The prices are extremely competitive and offer more

8500 printer. I loaded the first of them about two weeks ago after

Neither of them would produce a solid black and were a major
disappointment. My experience with refills from a local supplier had
been even more dismal.
What a relief to discover that the first Rhinotek cartridge performed
just as well as the original Apple-branded cartridges (that are no

like it should.

Hi Tom,
I was quite pleased and thrilled (it doesn't take much these days) to find with the laser
printer cartridge a "Rhino wipe" and a cleaning sheet to run through the printer!! Yours is
the first company that I know of to think about these things and actually include them with the toner.
I've been using the cleaning sheets for years and swear by them. I don't think many people use
them or have even heard of them. Believe me it's these "little" things that make a difference....it
means someone is actually talking and listening to people working in the trenches.

On the day I received the Rhinotek cartridge, I removed it from the box, opened the printer,
inserted the cartridge and printed a report. I had no issues with the printer not recognizing
the cartridge or having to change menu options.
After printing the report, I slid the Rhinotek printed report and a previously printed report on
another cartridge brand across the counter and asked the staff which they thought looked better. (The
staff was unaware of which printer had the Rhinotek cartridge in it.) They chose the Rhinotek cartridge report. It
was brighter and easier to read.

No Complaints
I have used several of these cartridges with LJ4000 and 4+ printers without
any problems. Their life span has rivaled that of the OEM cartridges (abt.
14K prints on the 4000), and I really have nothing bad to say about
them. I like the fact that they come with a toner-attracting wipe and a
sheet of printer-cleaning paper. It's a nice touch. I did have one that
reported low toner after a few thousand sheets. I took the cartridge
out, tapped on the case to loosen the toner I knew to be in there, and

Rhinotek Q4000 toner cartridge
We have purchase 2 of the Q4000's. We are using the 2nd cartridge now.
The 1st cartridge last 11,400+ sheets and our print coverage is greater
than 5%. When installing the cartridge you must follow directions fully,
or the low toner indicator will not reset. Overall, this cartridge was a
good value compared to the HP cartridge. We will be ordering more. -- St. Louis, MO

Very Good Value over OEM
I've used various Rhinotek-brand toner cartridges for a several years and
have been very pleased with their performance. Each cartridge comes with a
cleaning paper and a re-useable toner-attracting wipe. (I have lots of them
now and use them to clean all our printers/copiers.) . . . I've tried many other
brands and you generally get what you pay for, but I've found I get more
