We offer a 30-day unconditional product guarantee - the best in the business. However, after 30 days and up to 6 months, product can only be returned on an exchange basis. We cannot, under any circumstances, accept returned product 6 months after shipment. Return of Merchandise: Prior to returning any product, please complete the RMA REQUEST form below. Upon receipt our customer care department will contact you with return instructions.
Return Authorization Number and Label After processing your return request, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns can't be accepted or processed without this number. A Return Authorization label and return shipping instructions may also be mailed to you upon your request. These labels are only valid for 30 days after date of issue. Other Important Product Return Information Returns must be in original packaging and factory sealed where applicable. If the product is not received in salable condition it will be returned to you. Special order items are not returnable. Defective product returns are only accepted according to the manufacturer's return policies. Ask your Account Executive for complete information. There is a 15% restocking charge on returns of non-defective goods.
