How can you offer a Printer Replacement Guarantee?
Confidence in the quality of our parts and in a manufacturing process we've perfected over 20
years. If your printer becomes unusable as a result of a defective Rhinotek product, we will
repair or replace the printer at our expense.
Why do printer manufacturers discourage the use of compatible cartridges?
Greed, perhaps? Maybe OEMs are hoping that you won't discover how

Can printer manufacturers force me to buy their
high-priced cartridges?
Not legally. Trying to do so will violate both
the Sherman and Clayton Antitrust Act and the
Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and get them into
hot water with the feds. Just as an automaker
can't dictate which tires or gasoline you use
with a new car, OEMs can't make you buy a
specific brand of printer cartridge.
