ALBERT E. FONTENOT, JR., Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer
Al Fontenot has over 30 years of executive management experience in consumer products
industries. Among the key positions he has held include President & CEO of Eagle OPG,
President of the ATAPCO Office Products Group, and Vice President and
General Manager of the Technology Accessories Group for Fellowes Inc.
During his career, Al has held
vice presidential level positions in sales, marketing and new product Research and Development.
Al has a BA and MBA from DePaul University and a DMin from Bethany Theological Seminary.

MARK WONG, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Wong has over 24 years of management experience in the personal computer market.
For the past 15 years he has held key executive roles as Director of Operations (Australia)
Merisel, Inc., President of Thomas Tracy entertainment, Inc., President of DogByte
Development & Design, Inc., and President of MWE, Inc. During his career, Mr. Wong has held
executive positions in product development & design, marketing, purchasing and physical
distribution. He has several utility and design patents issued for the computer product
industry. He majored in business administration at the University of California, Riverside.

WILFRED E. FOJAS, Chief Information Officer
Mr. Fojas has been with Rhinotek for five years and brings over 20 years of Information
Technology management. Prior to Rhinotek, Mr. Fojas was involved in IT management with ITT/Flojet,
and with BPS Healthcare, a subsidiary of ITT Hartford/New York Life/Mass Mutual. Mr. Fojas
brings a broad understanding of the various IT requirements facing a distribution company,
having been involved with various aspects of the IT industry, from resale to distribution and consulting.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines.
He has also authored numerous articles on computing, and was a columnist for
PC Digest, an IDG publication.

RO CROWLEY, Vice President, Channel Sales
Ms Crowley has been at Rhinotek for 8 years and brings over 23 years of sales,
marketing and business development. She leads the Channel Division of Rhinotek
in maintaining our market position of the most recognized and dominant compatible
digital imaging supplies company in the industry. She majored in business/communications
at Northwestern University.

THOMAS MARCEL, Vice President Sales
Prior to his appointment as Vice President of Sales, Mr. Marcel was a successful sales
manager at the Rhinotek call center for three years. He has held management and director
positions in a number of call center / direct sales operations for 17 years, including
responsibility for designing and developing a start-up call center operation; hiring,
managing and directing all call center managers and supervisors for a 24 X 7 inbound / outbound
blended call center; and managing, hiring and training a call center operation with over
300 employees. He has enjoyed a record of success and achievement in each of these roles.
