Shipping Claims
Claims of shortages, misshipments, and over shipments must be made
within eight (8) working days of the receipt of goods. Inquiries may
be directed through the Customer Satisfaction Department at 800-748-6664.
Return of Merchandise
Prior to returning any product, you need to call our Customer Satisfaction
Department to get an approval and a Return Authorization Number (RMA) or fill out the
form on the Returns page. No return
will be accepted without prior approval and an RMA number.
Cancellation Policy
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. When the product arrives, a
Return Authorization label can be requested from our
Customer Satisfaction Department at 800-748-6664.
Payment Terms
Upon credit approval, terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. Outstanding
invoices may cause delays in shipping. You may contact our Credit Department to
supply them with payment information for your account. A finance charge of
1.5% (annual rate of 18%) will be charged on all past due balances.
Return Freight
All returns must be sent freight pre-paid unless other arrangements have been made.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to reduce or increase our prices any time without prior notice.
