Should you incur a repair bill as a result of a Rhinotek
TM supply, simply call
our technical service department. They will have the cartridge shipped to our quality
assurance center at Rhinotek’s expense. Please include the bill and a signed statement
from your service technician detailing the cause of the damage. We will quickly review your
claim. If Rhinotek’s service technician determines that the cartridge is defective and
caused the problem, Rhinotek will credit you for any damage to your printer up to a reasonable limit.
